Process Overview:

1. Air compressors: The air is compressed to 0.5Mpa-0.7Mpa by the air compressor.

2. Pre-cooling: The air in the pre-cooling unit is pre-cooled to 5°C -10°C, 3. Purification: The remaining water, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons in the air are removed from the purified air of the molecular sieve.

4. Air expansion: The air undergoes expansion refrigeration in the expander to provide the cooling capacity required by the device.

6. Sub-cooling: Liquid air and liquid nitrogen are cooled by the nitrogen and impure nitrogen in the sub-cooler.

7. Distillation: the air is subjected to distillation separation in the lower tower, product nitrogen is obtained in the upper tower, and product oxygen is obtained at the bottom of the upper tower.
